Famous Bridges
WALT reading the book enjoyment!
Why do you like the book?
I liked this book because I wanted to now how old some bridges are and some interesting
What did you learn about it?
I enjoyed the book because I want to learn
Famous bridges was my favourite book because it was interesting and unbelievable.
Did you know that stone bridges were built with large rocks to make roads over uneven ground for animals and carts. Forest vines and creepers were twisted together to form strong ropes. The ropes were suspended high above deep ravines, allowing people to cross quickly and safely.
2. Thousands of years ago, Greek and Romans built huge aqueducts from stone, to transport water needed for drinking, bathing and irrigating crops. Several of these massive constructions can still be see in part of Europe and the United kingdom. Many bridges today.

My Speech - Why weekend should be longer
Why weekends should be longer
Weekend should be longer so we can wake up and get ready for the morning. You can dream about good ideas and have a long sleep in the day.
I think Weekend should be longer because me and my family can play board games and get better at playing board games. I like to play board games with my family. Like mum and dad.
I think Weekends should be longer so we can spend more time with our family and we can help do jobs together. We can play with pets and enjoy watching TV. Weekends should be longer so we can go on adventures like going fishing and finding treasure.
I think the weekends should be longer so we can go to places like cape Reinga cable bay and 90 mile beach. We can visit are aunt’s or uncle’s house or your cousin’s house.
I think the weekends should be longer because we can get fit, stronger and healthy and play games like soccer and basketball. I think getting fit is very important so you can live a healthy life. We can do outstand jobs and instand jobs as well.
Think about all the things you could do on the weekends. Now do you think the weekends should be longer?
I did my speech today I hope you like it?

experience
Check out my draft writing...

10.3.2020 The Kawa of Care Assembly.
On Friday it was Te Manga assembly day. I was nervous and excited. All of the parents and classes came to the hall for our assembly. The audience laughed when the trailer went on. After the trailer stopped, we did our part. After our part, we had to sit down on the chaires for a very long time. It was Boring. I had a freezing cold feet for so long when the air Cavendish was on.
